ASV Transit™ - ASVL receives order for first ever LED illuminated
taxi top
ASVL
Limited has announced the receipt of an order from a Kuwaiti
advertising contractor
for ASV Transit - its award winning transit advertising illumination
system.
To date ASV Transit has been used to illuminate advertising on bus
sides - taxi tops are an addition to the range. The Kuwait order is
a design and build project for 500 taxi top units. ASV Transit was
chosen for the slim design, zero maintenance and incredible reliability of
the LED system. In addition ASVL were able to offer a complete
product design, testing and project management service.
Advertising clients so far have included Virgin Group and Pizza Hut.
The ASV Transit™ system is used by the world's largest outdoor
advertising companies and is installed extensively in London and New York.
The system is ideal for use with buses, taxis and delivery fleets adding
'after dark' visibility for advertisers and brand owners.
The system is powered by a low voltage power supply integrated into the
vehicle. Graphics can be screen or digitally printed onto standard
substrates and quickly changed without the use of any tools.
The ASV Transit™ LED technology is waterproof, highly durable and
impact resistant - it requires no planned maintenance over its lifetime.
The robust modular construction is designed to withstand the rigours of
long-term commercial use and to be upgradeable as solid state lighting
technology continues to develop into the future.
